Some of the founders of the pirate bay did jail time, but not for running the pirate bay afaik. 1337x.to has been a fairly solid service for a number of years now. Just curious what the legal framework is for running something like that, as I had an inkling to trying my hand at making yet another torrent tracking site recently. Any advice is appreciated.
