Hi all - We're looking for a FinTech Engineering Manager who would be interested in helping us with some day-1 architectural decisions and who could guide us set up our engineering team. This isn't a full-time role yet, although it could become one long-term. For context: My co-founder (MIT) and I started a company called Carlypso after graduating from Stanford Business School in 2013. We went through YC in 2014, raised $10M Series A from August Capital by 2015 and sold the business to Carvana.com in 2017. We joined Carvana pre-IPO, went public at a $2.5bn valuation and are now worth $25bn. After 3 years, my co-founder and I left to start a digital auto finance platform. Our new business is all around helping Americans with challenged credit and doing our part to address income inequality. We left Carvana on June 1st, just closed a healthy seed round and are off to the races making our first hires as we speak. Excited to get your thoughts! Nick
