Ask HN: Best practice for having multiple email addresses in one GPG key?

I currently have 2 email addresses added to my GPG key. 1. My main email address associated with my name 2. My GitHub noreply address associated with my alias username My logic was that 1. I want to have both my real name and alias username listed in one GPG key 2. Since the username is used on GitHub, it is natural that I associate the username with a GitHub-provided address I really don't care about keeping my main email address private. But it still seems like this approach defeats the purpose of a GitHub noreply address since it makes my main email visible to anyone who has my public key. So, what is the best practice for 1. relating username alias (or GitHub noreply address) to real email address? 2. In general, having multiple email addresses in one GPG key?
