Any recommendations on a concise privacy focused primer for non-technical people that conveys the dystopian landscape in tech? Something that conveys the risks/nefarious practices around ISP/social media/free email/search/third party tracking/bubbling/government mass surveillance etc. I’m constantly amazed by lack of knowledge people have on the subject that I would otherwise consider smart/knowledgeable in most areas (e.g. a 30 something year old doctor friend who thought by putting chrome in incognito mode meant no-one knew about his web browsing habits - as opposed to knowing that both google and his ISP both were tracking this) As opposed to coming off as proselytizing or wearing a tin foil - hat being able to point people to a resource to get them up to speed (and dig deeper if necessary) on what’s really going on out there...the internet equivalent of a pamphlet on the dangers of smoking or something
