Please let me know and help out as someone looking to build a startup. Looking for answers from Product Managers,CEO,CTO, and entrepreneurs here. When building a new product for a company that has validated idea, there are a few features which are very common no matter what type of product you build - For example, Secure Sign In, Login with [FB,Google,Apple], integrations with X etc. My question is, how often you look at competitive landscape and offering? What does this data mean to you when making decisions about building features and roadmap? It's one thing to ask customers about their need but how do you decide what features to include besides customer interviews?
