Ask HN: Giving away my (barely) profitable SaaS app, any takers?

This was a mostly solo endeavor with another friend and I've not been able to do any marketing for the past few months. I do not wish to continue working on it anymore, I have a full time job and other projects I want to explore. I was going to close it but then thought it's better to just give it away to someone who could grow it. So I'm reaching out to people to see if they'd be interested in taking the product for a measly $2000, primarily because incorporating the company cost me something and closing it is going to cost me something too. Sorry if this is the wrong place or I broke some guidelines, i don't know where else to do this. Here's the stats - 6 paying customers (~$90/mo MRR) - 39 Stripe Connected accounts (people who connected but didn't continue or churned) - 309 Emails Collected - ~500 upvotes on ProductHunt! (badge on website) Burn - $60/mo not including incorporation fee (which costs more) Here's the services being used - Hosting (Free tier on Vercel) - DB (Firebase Free tier) - Postmark (for emails) - GSuite (for personal email) - Helpscout ($40/mo! I'm paying way too much for this) Here's the Stack - Node JS and React JS - over 150 tests, 95% Test Coverage (Means any developer can pick it up really easily) - CI/CD with Github It's a well tested, market validated app. We've had a lot of positive feedback and feature requests. I'm sure it can skyrocket if someone can get it's marketing right and put some more time into it. Please let me know if this is of any interest to you or someone you know.
