Some parts of YouTube appear to be down [0]. Watching videos still works, but accessing channel pages [1] does not seem to work. [0] https://ift.tt/2vNjUIi [1] example: https://www.youtube.com/user/UCtelevision Edit: The example appears to work on arbitrary reloads now, but some channels are still down. Does anyone know if this was part of some kind of maintenance?
