There was a post awhile ago about a company that was offering to install fiber internet in a city in India for 25k. They had parceled the city out into plots and you could buy a plot and then earn revenue from the subsequent internet users they signed up in your area. I can't seem to find a link to the company anywhere. Does anyone know what they were called?
