Unfortunately, my current company has an RTO plan I disagree with. During the pandemic, my home life has been switched around and need to be home for the kids as my wife finished her degree. Currently I’m in the process of updating my resume and such. What is your goto site for jobs? And if you don’t use a job board / site, what methods do you use to find employers?
