I've 7 years of exp. Objectively I make a good salary, but relatively speaking it's on the low end. I don't get it. I've tried to push for higher number many times. But I get around 190k TC. Yet I know people who have <3 years of exp. Yet their TC is in 280-350s. What is it on my resume.. is it school? is it type of companies???
