I've been keeping an eye on the job market trying to help some early-career friends find new or first jobs. It seems like almost every company only has "Senior" or "Staff" job reqs posted. Is the junior / new-grad market so crowded with potential hires that those roles get filled immediately? Or is there something else that explains the seniority trend?
