Viewpoint on Patents

I'm a former USPTO primary patent examiner in computer related areas (don't hate me, I personally thought the system was broken more so than anyone else). However, I'm out now and I view patents as just part of the game; and as long as these are the rules, patents should be taken into account. I want to start some sort of scalable project around helping startups at YC level type stage at least become educated on getting basic IP started and/or just start getting some easily. Maybe automate as much of the system as I can. I remember a YC company called Clerky, maybe something similar to that. Would you use such a thing? What kind of price/business model would you engage with?
