This is a request to get feedback on the value proposition of my product InMemory - https://ift.tt/285C3Nn InMemory is a platform for managing special occasions of your customers - tracking the special occasions, automating engagement touchpoints and building workflows for sending online as well as physical gifts to your customers. I'm at a very early stage in my journey and would like to get your feedback on "does this offering seem useful to you and would any of you be interested in buying it for your business." The way it would work is: Step 1 : Integrate CRM Data of the birthdays, anniversaries any other special occasions of your customers shall be ingested in InMemory from your CRMs directly along with their delivery addresses, email, phone number - whatever is your modus operandi of communication with your clients. Step 2 : Build Workflows You can setup automated online workflows for preparing templates and sending them personalized emailers, skype messages, whatsapp messages, SMS, (any other communication tools that would be predominantly used) Step 3 : Send Gifts In the workflows, you can also send e-cards or physical gifts to your customers. You can choose from the supported marketplaces, pre-pay the amount and on the day of the occasion, the gift would be sent to your customer. Please share your thoughts, comments or feedback on what you feel about this concept. I'd also love to buy some of your time to discuss a detailed feedback if any of you find this idea promising and provide you a free credits and access to the alpha for 6 months as soon as it is ready.
