I just bought a house that has a really weird layout. Previous owner had it split for a rental unit and I'm taking over the whole house. It needs a lot of work and I'm pretty handy when it comes to the work but not when it comes to know how to layout rooms / spaces and even less when it comes to design. I'm already looking for a professional interior designer but I'd also like to play with some layouts myself as well.
