Been at my current company over a decade doing ServiceNow development. Know all there is to know about the platform and want to switch to something non-ServiceNow, maybe full-stack or back-end work. When I'm looking at job roles, it's daunting when I don't have the expertise required for those roles. I feel like I'd have to take a major pay cut or be constrained to the SN space. Any advice?
